I'm completely new to grip training. Where should I start?+
Most beginners start with the Pro Adjustable Grip Trainer or the Beginner Bundle. An adjustable trainer lets you start light and increase resistance as you get stronger, so a single tool covers your first few months. From there, many trainees add the Forged Series to measure their progress against fixed resistances.
What's the difference between adjustable and fixed (Forged) grippers?+
Adjustable trainers cover a range of resistances in one tool, which is ideal for everyday training and progression. Fixed Forged grippers each close at a single, calibrated resistance — they're how grip athletes measure and verify their strength, because the number never changes.
Are GoGripper tools for fitness or for medical use?+
GoGripper products are fitness and strength-training tools. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or rehabilitate any condition. If you have an injury or a medical concern, please speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new training.
What are the handles and springs made of?+
Our adjustable and Forged grippers use knurled aluminum handles with hardened or GR8 cold-wound steel springs. The Finger Strengthener uses an ABS frame with stainless springs, and the Grip Rings are solid food-grade silicone. Each product page lists the exact materials.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?+
We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners. Typical delivery is 5–9 business days for most international destinations after a 1–2 business day processing time. Full details, regions and carriers are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
How much is shipping?+
Standard shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout, and orders over USD $39 ship free. The exact cost for your address is always shown before you pay.

What is your return policy?+

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. All payments are processed securely over an encrypted connection by our payment provider — we never store your full card details.
What currency are prices shown in?+
All prices on gogripper.shop are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). Your bank may convert the amount to your local currency at their exchange rate.
